Stemology ships from California to all 50 states. Orders received before 12pm PST Monday through Friday are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, with the exception of some holidays.
Free US Standard Shipping for orders over $100 USD (to all 50 states). Shipping fees for orders under $100 are a minimum of $5.99 and varies based on location. Transit times are usually 2 to 5 business days.

We want you to love your skin — and your Stemology products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return any item purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and at least half full, to qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact our Customer Care team at orders@stemologyskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
3. Ship your return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly make it right.
Third-Party Purchases
We can only process returns for products purchased directly from StemologySkincare.com. If you purchased Stemology products from another retailer or authorized distributor, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
